Carsup invites you to a unique day at the Fleur de Loire restaurant in Blois for a specially crafted five-course lunch.
In an intimate setting, Christophe Hay will share his philosophy of taste, his inspirations, and his vision of a cuisine deeply rooted in nature and the terroir of the Loire Valley.

Day schedule
- 10:30 am: Meeting at Château des Hauts, Carsup headquarters in La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin
- Convoy drive through the Loire Valley to Fleur de Loire in Blois
- Cocktail, followed by a five-course gastronomic lunch and a private exchange with Chef Christophe Hay
- End of the experience in the late afternoon, to fully savor this suspended moment
